• All orders for instock items received from Monday through Friday before 2:00PM PST will be shipped out the next day. All orders received after 2:00PM PST on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. If the items are out of stock, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will ship instock items first and then ship out of stock items without additional shipping cost. Exception applies to the National Holidays and the special circumstances.
• Cancellation of order: The cancellation request on orders which are pacakged or package/shipped will incur 10% restocking charge (plus shipping cost if applicable).
• We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

3. Prices and Availability

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.

• Minimum purchase of $100.00 plus shipping for Jewelry and Accessories is required.
• Minimum purchase for an International Order is $200.00 plus shipping.
• Minimum purchase of $500.00 plus shipping for clothing is required.

• The orders with declined credit card on pre-authorizaion: (1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
• Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.

• UPS is the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
• UPS ground is the primary delivery service for shipments to Canada.
• US Postal Service International Parcel is available for lower shipping costs for international order.
• The minimum shipping/handling charge is $7.00.

• This is a wholesale only website for clients. Sales tax is excluded on all transactions. The Seller's Permit # is required to check out the merchaindise.

8. Return Policy

• We try to visually check against damage or defects prior to the shipping, however, if you find a problem with our merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
• We will issue a credit (store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise including your return shipping cost (regular US mail only).
• There will be a 10% restocking charge on returned merchandise that is neither damaged nor defective. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
• All sales are final on promotional and sales items (including closeouts).
• All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items.
• We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve through UPS. Please refer to section 6: Shipping Method for further information
